Royal British Legion

The Royal British Legion (opens in a new tab)  (RBL) says that Census 2021 data will give them the first comprehensive picture of those who’ve previously served in the UK armed forces.

Andy Pike, Head of Policy and Research at RBL, discusses how Census 2021 data will help them, and others, better understand the armed forces community.

This data will play a huge part in meeting the needs of UK armed forces veterans and identifying where they are potentially at a disadvantage. RBL can also use it to inform how they provide services for veterans and their families.
